One button, and it remembers my setting

I was a little worried when the Mini first arrived. I had never worn a hearing aid before, so I wasn't sure I would get used to having something in my ear, and I had a few questions. I contacted customer service and got a quick reply, which made me feel a lot better about it.

I have now used it every day for 32 days. It's small and light. One button adjusts the volume, and it remembers my last setting, so I don't have to adjust it again every time I put it on.

That has been really convenient. Honestly, it feels great.
