OTC Hearing Aid Notice
Didasou hearing devices are intended for adults aged 18 and older with perceived mild to moderate hearing loss. They are not intended for children, individuals with severe hearing loss, or those with untreated ear conditions.
If you experience discomfort, pain, or worsening hearing, discontinue use and consult a qualified healthcare professional.
45-Day Trial
We offer a 45-day trial for eligible Didasou hearing devices purchased directly from our official website. The 45-day period begins on the delivery date confirmed by the shipping carrier.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 45 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
How to Request a Return
To request a return, please contact our customer support team at support@didasou.com before sending the product back.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return and a full refund, please ensure that:

Product Condition
The hearing devices must be in original, like-new condition with no physical damage, scratches, or signs of misuse. -
Packaging
The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all boxes, manuals, charging cases, cables, and unused accessories. -
Inspection
All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. If the product or packaging is significantly damaged or missing parts, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund or deny the return.
For hygiene reasons, used consumable accessories (such as ear tips or other sealed personal-use items) may not be eligible for a refund if opened, unless the return is due to a confirmed product defect.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to a confirmed product defect, we will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is not related to a product defect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
We do not charge a restocking fee.
12-Month Limited Warranty
Didasou hearing devices purchased through our official website include a 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery.
This warranty covers confirmed defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
The warranty does not cover:
- Accidental damage
- Water or liquid damage
- Unauthorized modification or repair
- Damage caused by misuse or improper maintenance
- Normal wear and tear of consumable accessories
Warranty Claims
If you believe your product has a quality issue, please contact our customer support team first. We may request your order number and ask for photos or videos to help evaluate the issue.
If the issue is confirmed and covered under warranty, we will provide repair or replacement support as appropriate.
