Order Processing Time

We process and ship orders within 1-3 business days after receiving your payment (excluding weekends and statutory holidays).

Delivery Time

  • Domestic Orders (USA): Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days for delivery.
  • International Orders: Delivery time depends on the destination country/region and usually takes 7-15 business days.

Shipping Costs

  • Domestic Orders (USA): Free shipping on orders over $99. A flat rate of $8.99 applies to orders under $99.
  • International Orders: Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination and order weight, and will be displayed at checkout.

Shipping Coverage

We currently offer shipping to the continental United States and most countries/regions worldwide. Additional delivery time or fees may apply to remote areas.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to check the delivery status on the carrier's official website.

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot estimate the exact amount in advance.
